Shipping policy
We aim to post usually within 2 working days from purchase. We use 24h-48h delivery services.
Large items (Body panels, bumpers) will require advanced courier booking, so those will be dispatched within 48 hours from purchase with Parcelforce 48 Large Services Or DX Courier.
If you require fast delivery, please contact us before purchase to make sure the item will get to you on time. We do not take any responsibility for delay caused by shipping companies.
Delivery policy
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10:00am within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed after 10:00am or at weekends will be processed the next working day. If you require special next day delivery please contact us before ordering – in certain circumstances we can book next day delivery as long as order is booked before 12am (excluding large item services – longer than 150cma and heavier than 20 kg). Large items require 2 days advanced courier booking – for instance, an Item ordered Tuesday between 9am and 5pm will be collected Thursday and delivered the following Monday.
For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days, but we are aiming for 1-2 days delivery. Overseas orders should normally be received within 14 working days. We currently mainly use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Evri for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses (Pallex for pallet delivery). All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or incorrect / incomplete address. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. All postage is insured to the value of the items, In case of loss we will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible, or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less the delivery costs to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address.
