Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item (except special order and bespoke items) within fourteen calendar days of delivery. This applies to all our products except bespoke items made to your specification (custom trims, spoilers, gear knobs). As these are made to order and cannot be resold, they will fall outside of our returns policy and cannot be cancelled. All items purchased needs to be checked upon delivery and any faulty / wrong items need to be highlighted to us via email within 48h so we can rectify the issue.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.
You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us sales@cuztoms.co.uk with details of your cancellation.

If you have already received the products, you must carefully repackage and return them to us. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred. Refunds take 5 to 10 working days depending on card used for purchase. 

Used / second hand parts: We will only accept return for full refund if the item we supplied is faulty and the item has been returned with all warranty tags in place and without any damage. If the item purchased does not fit because it is for a different model (you have purchased it without confirming with us, that it will fit your vehicle) we will accept return up to 14 days from purchase, but we will not refund original and return postage. If you are not sure if the part fits your vehicle, please contact us and supply the registration number, and we will confirm either way.

Warranty

All items are posted with warranty tags and pictured before postage. So please do not remove the warranty tag as that will invalidate any given warranty.

We offer:
1 month for all used items /
6 months for reconditioned items /
12 months for new items

Warranty excludes wear and tear damage and incorrect fitment damage. In the event of a faulty part, a replacement part will be supplied. If a replacement part cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time, the full purchase price will be refunded. Original postage and Return postage charges are non-refundable, unless your order was faulty, or we sent the wrong part. Replacement or refund will only be given on production of the original invoice. Replacement or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as supplied, with the security marks still visible. Cuztoms will not reimburse any labour costs / charges involved with fitting, removal and / or changing of parts supplied by the company, under any circumstances.

We do not guarantee paint match! If we supplied the paint code on the listing it's clearly to indicate the colour of the car that had been removed from.  We do not hold any information if the panel has been painted before hence we cannot guarantee any paint match to your vehicle.  

CUZTOMS will NOT cover any component which has been dismantled or tampered with (other than the replacement of standard service parts or components). Returns are void if you have dismantled or tampered with a part in any way. NO liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components.

Engine Warranty

Every 1 month engine warranty we provide includes the terms and conditions listed above, as well as the following:

Engines must be correctly fitted with new cam & auxiliary belts, oil, oil filters & spark plugs. Any failure to follow these terms will invalidate this warranty. Engines are sold as bare engines less starter motor, alternator & gearbox. Any ancillary/service parts supplied with engines including water pumps, cam belts, turbos etc have NOT been tested & are provided free of charge. These parts are NOT covered by any warranty supplied by CUZTOMS. ECUs & electrical items are non-refundable as a result of potential damage caused by in-correct fitting or other faults in customer vehicles.

Our CUZTOMS warranty does NOT cover: Gaskets, Oils, Seals, Cam Belts, Timing Belts and Fan Belts, Any ancillary parts or damage caused by misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accident or continued use.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Signed For as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
 
Damaged goods
We take great care to ensure that items posted are secured and that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email sales@cuztoms.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate.

General
We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of our website. If considered necessary, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the website. All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. These are protected, as appropriate, by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may only view, reproduce or print the materials on this website for the purpose of ordering goods from us. You will be responsible if you breach these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss caused to us as a result of your misuse. If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.
