** Due to different steering set ups on each vehicle fitting new steering wheel might require a four wheel alignment.
*** Fitting requires SRS deactivation and Steering Air bag removal. Steering wheels must be fitted by trained automotive technician.

- 1-2 working days via UPS, DHL, Fed EX
- 1-2 working days via Roayal Mail (small items up to 2 kg)
- 1 Working Day Special Delivery By Royal Mail
Large items (Body panels, bumpers) will require advanced courier booking, so those will be dispatched within 48 hours from purchase with Parcelforce 48 Large Services Or DX Courier.
If you require fast delivery, please contact us before purchase to make sure the item will get to you on time. We do not take any responsibility for delay caused by shipping companies.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen working days of delivery. This applies to all our products except bespoke items made to your specification (custom trims, spoilers, gear knobs). As these are made to order and cannot be resold, they will fall outside of our returns policy and cannot be cancelled. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.
You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us sales@cuztoms.co.uk with details of your cancellation.
If you have already received the products, you must carefully repackage and return them to us. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
Used / second hand parts: We will only accept return for full refund if the item we supplied is faulty and the item has been returned with all warranty tags in place and without any damage. If the item purchased does not fit because it is for a different model (you have purchased it without confirming with us, that it will fit your vehicle) we will accept return up to 28 days from purchase, but we will not refund original and return postage and if you fall out of 14 day return period we will charge 20% of handling and relist fee. If you are not sure if the part fits your vehicle, please contact us and supply the registration number, and we will confirm either way.
